Responsibilities

• Source candidates from Gulbarga’s local network and job portals.
• Review resumes and shortlist talent.
• Conduct first-level screening calls in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Keep our ATS updated with accurate records.
• Schedule interviews with employers.
• Manage job postings across digital platforms.
• Provide admin support to recruitment operations.
• Join training sessions to learn industry-specific recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles (freshers can apply).
• Strong communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with MS Office and online job portals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
