Communications Specialist

The Communication Strategy Execution Lead is responsible for executing communication strategies around Global Performance programs. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging, stakeholder engagement, and change management throughout the program's execution.

Major Responsibilities

• Execute the communication strategy for the Global Performance Program.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders to understand communication needs and objectives.
• Create a comprehensive communication plan that outlines key messages, target audiences,
• communication channels, and timelines.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication materials.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of communication assets (e.g., presentations, newsletters, emails, video content).
• Manage stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather feedback and secure buy-in.
• Develop and implement a change management strategy to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Facilitate training and educational sessions to help employees understand the program's objectives and their role in its success.
• Monitor and address stakeholder concerns and resistance to change.
• Measure and optimize communication effectiveness:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the communication strategy.
• Analyze communication metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously refine the communication plan based on learnings and evolving program needs.
