Role Overview

You will manage high-stakes communication across departments and external partners. From business proposals to internal briefings, your role will be to ensure every message reflects professionalism, precision, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and manage all major written and verbal communication for business operations
• Collaborate with senior leadership on investor decks, proposals, and strategic messaging
• Create presentations, reports, business documents, and brand content
• Ensure task management, timely follow-ups, and communication clarity across teams
• Maintain confidentiality and discipline in handling sensitive communication
• Support change management communication and organizational updates
• Lead internal communication for training, onboarding, and soft skills development

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business communication, corporate affairs, or content strategy
• Excellent written and spoken English; bonus if familiar with Hindi or regional languages
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
• Strong task management and project execution discipline
• Understanding of psychology or education-based business is preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic design software
