Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Retail Zone Specialist. The Retail Zone Specialist will oversee and manage operations within their assigned retail zone, ensuring that all tasks are performed to high standards. Responsibilities include monitoring store performance, assisting in inventory coordination, ensuring adherence to operational protocols, and analyzing key performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Additionally, the role will involve liaising with staff, conducting training sessions, and maintaining strong communication between retail teams and management. Qualifications Skills in retail operations, inventory management, and store performance evaluation Experience with staff coordination, training, and effective team communication Proficiency in performance analysis and process improvement strategies Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred Experience in retail or operational management is highly advantageous
