As part of the team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the end-to-end merchandising process, analyzing market trends, engaging with clients and vendors, driving material and process innovation, managing orders and production, costing and reporting, and gaining cross-functional exposure. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the full product journey from concept to shipment by collaborating with design, sourcing, production, and logistics teams. - Analyze international market trends, pricing strategies, and client expectations to align with business goals. - Collaborate with overseas buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and relationship management. - Introduce new materials, techniques, and scalable processes to enhance product appeal and efficiency. - Coordinate raw material sourcing, monitor production stages, and ensure quality and timely delivery. - Conduct cost analysis, optimize margins, and provide performance reports to management. - Gain insights into design, international trade, compliance, and global supply chains.
