Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to manage and document internal communication flow across multiple departments—Projects, Sourcing, and Sales. The ideal candidate will ensure all updates are captured systematically, project phases are tracked efficiently, and every detail is maintained accurately in shared documentation tools (primarily Excel or Google Sheets).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication among the Projects, Sourcing, and Sales teams to ensure timely and clear information flow.
• Maintain and regularly update Excel trackers for each project's progress, status, and internal notes.
• Document all key discussions, decisions, and deliverables shared in meetings or over email.
• Track and record changes related to interior project phases (design, sourcing, execution, completion, etc.).
• Follow up with respective teams to gather updates and fill in missing information.
• Ensure every stage of project communication is clearly documented for future reference.
• Assist in compiling weekly reports or summaries for management or team reviews.
• Flag discrepancies or missing inputs in internal updates and ensure they're addressed promptly.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field)
• Prior experience in project coordination, communications, or admin roles preferred
• Strong understanding of interior project phases is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with an eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and coordinate between cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
