Role Overview: We are seeking a Communication Specialist to support our digital presence and internal/external communication strategies. The ideal candidate should have a flair for writing, knowledge of social media platforms, and the eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team. The Key Responsibilities would include Content Writing, Email Communication, Coordination & Admin Tasks, and Social Media Management. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and Twitter . Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and community building. Content Writing: Draft blog posts, captions, and short-form content tailored to different platforms. Assist in creating newsletters and internal communications. Proofread and edit content for clarity and consistency. Email Communication: Manage inboxes and respond to client or partner inquiries. Assist in writing and formatting outreach and follow-up emails. Help organize and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, etc. (training can be provided). Coordination & Admin Tasks: Maintain content calendars and communications trackers. Collaborate with design, marketing, and HR teams to align messaging. Requirements: Recent graduate in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, and social media best practices. A basic understanding of content writing and digital tone. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and take initiative. Nice to Have (Not Mandatory): Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Workspace, or Mailchimp. A personal blog or online writing portfolio. Knowledge of ChatGPT, MS Excel, or basic analytics.
