About the role :

Communications Designer

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop creative concepts, design layouts, and visual strategies for brand campaigns, marketing materials, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with the

  content, motion graphics, and digital marketing teams

  to deliver cohesive communication across all platforms.
• Create visually engaging brand presentations, pitch decks, brochures, social media creatives, and advertising materials.
• Translate brand strategies into effective visual communication that aligns with the client’s tone, message, and goals.
• Work closely with the creative director and copy team to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging media, and creative technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of professional design experience

  , with at least

  2–3 years in an advertising agency

  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and integrated marketing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to think strategically and translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in

  brand identity development

  and

  campaign storytelling

  .
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles or experience in digital design will be a plus.
• Familiarity with

  motion graphics

  or

  video-based communication

  is an added advantage.
