Communications Designer

As a Communication Design Intern - Marketing at our company, your role will involve creating, improving, and maintaining content to help achieve our business goals. You will be responsible for tasks such as creating and sharing content to increase brand awareness, as well as monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Content creation: Develop, write, and deliver compelling content for various platforms such as the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs. Manage the editorial calendar across multiple content formats and communicate the brand story through content media. - Social media management: Plan and execute social media campaigns on different platforms, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and analyze social media metrics to enhance performance. - Email marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, develop lead nurturing workflows, and analyze email performance to improve open and click-through rates. - Analytics and reporting: Analyze marketing data to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Communication design/Architecture/design-related field. - Expertise in written and oral communication with a flair for storytelling. - Knowledge of SEO writing is a bonus. - Tech-savvy with the ability to simplify complex technical matters for non-technical audiences. - Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask projects, and deliver high-quality output under pressure. - Experience in identifying brand messages, customizing designs for target audiences, placing promotional copy strategically, creating visuals for different platforms, designing infographics, and collaborating with graphic designers, illustrators, and animators.
