Communications Designer

As a Communication Designer at AssisTech Foundation (ATF) in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in crafting and delivering impactful communication materials that enhance ATF's narrative and visual identity. Your work will contribute to fostering inclusion and empowerment among Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). You should be a creative individual with a passion for designing corporate decks, newsletters, website content, social media creatives, and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually compelling communication materials in alignment with ATF's branding guidelines and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs. - Ensure timely delivery of design projects. - Conceptualize and execute creative ideas. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of ATF's visual identity and brand presence. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in graphic design. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma/Sketch, etc. - Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially in corporate decks, newsletters, website design, social media creatives, UI/UX design, and reports. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into visually engaging content. - Keen eye for detail, strong sense of aesthetics, creative thinking, and visual storytelling skills. - Experience in creating accessible designs is a plus. - Ability to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to enhance design processes.
