Communications Coordinator

Role Overview: As a seasoned Corporate Communications professional, your role will involve designing and executing innovative, multi-platform communication campaigns to drive engagement and value for the business. You will utilize your strategic public relations expertise and corporate communications skills to craft impactful narratives and deliver standout campaigns over defined periods. You should be well-versed in utilizing various internal and external communication tools such as webinars, press handling, storytelling, internal campaigns, leadership communication, and content building. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and devise communication strategy aligned with business goals and global themes - Drive the narrative for businesses in Pune and ensure greater reach across global forums - Support the BTC Head of Comms in planning and executing internal and external comms strategy for customers in Pune Internal: - Execute internal communications and engagement strategy in support of the overall Pune business strategy - Collaborate with India C&EA and global team members to drive global comms mandate - Support project communications and change communications - Create strategic content for stakeholder communications in Pune across various channels - Develop and deliver a comprehensive communications plan in collaboration with the Head of BTC Comms - Organize internal employee events and activations to enhance engagement and mindset - Plan leadership communications and engagement initiatives - Strategically deliver leader communications and enhance the reputation of the leadership team - Organize and manage employee townhalls from planning to execution External: - Identify industry forums for business participation across India - Create opportunities for business leaders in Pune to showcase thought leadership - Facilitate participation of Pune leadership at external events - Drive advocacy for Pune businesses with relevant industry associations - Maintain crisis communication capability and preparedness Key challenges: - Prioritize activities amidst a busy agenda while balancing local and global initiatives - Adjust plans based on evolving circumstances - Identify and plan for potential issues and respond professionally in unforeseen challenges - Develop engaging communications for a fast-changing organization - Adapt to the start-up culture in the Pune office that demands a self-starter attitude Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related discipline - Around 10-12 years of professional experience in corporate communications, employee communications, and public relations - Experience in building and implementing communication strategies - Proven track record of working with senior executives and creating successful communication strategies - Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various stakeholders - Strong writing and storytelling skills - Experience in crisis communication and strong planning skills - Ability to work within a regulated environment - Credible professional with strong management skills and the ability to build trust with peers and leadership Additional Company Details: Omit (Not provided in the Job Description) Role Overview: As a seasoned Corporate Communications professional, your role will involve designing and executing innovative, multi-platform communication campaigns to drive engagement and value for the business.
