As a Communications Coordinator, your role will involve providing courteous and accurate information assistance to existing parents and prospective parents approaching the Schools office with queries. You will be responsible for ensuring that all emails received through the Schools official email address are acknowledged and responded to within a reasonable timeframe. Additionally, you will liaise with vendors and service providers to support the Schools operational and administrative needs. It will also be part of your duties to maintain and regularly update the Schools official website to ensure that all information remains current and accurate. Furthermore, you will manage and monitor the Schools social media channels to ensure timely, engaging, and appropriate communication aligned with the Schools values. Key Responsibilities: - Provide courteous and accurate information assistance to existing and prospective parents - Acknowledge and respond to all emails received through the Schools official email address - Liaise with vendors and service providers - Maintain and update the Schools official website - Manage and monitor the Schools social media channels Qualifications Required: - Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English communication - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple communication channels efficiently If you have a post-graduate degree in any discipline and meet the requirements mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this position.
