Job Title: Communication Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Communication Officer who is proficient in English and experienced in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn for professional communication and brand engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting impactful emails, managing social media communication, and creating clear, user-friendly assembly instructions and product documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Communication & Email Management

 Draft professional, clear, and impactful emails for internal and external communication.

Develop newsletters, announcements, presentations, and other corporate communication materials.

Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all communications.

2. Social Media & LinkedIn Management

Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence through engaging posts, articles, and updates.

Create content strategies to increase visibility, brand credibility, and professional engagement.

Monitor industry trends and incorporate them into relevant communication strategies.

Coordinate with teams to showcase company achievements, events, and product innovations.

3. Documentation & Assembly Instruction Creation

Create and design easy-to-understand assembly guides, product manuals, and instructions in simple, layman-friendly language using clear visuals.

Translate technical product details into user-friendly documentation.

Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in instruction manuals.

4. Content Creation & Design

Develop concise and visually appealing brochures, catalogues, and communication materials.

Use design tools (basic level) to create simple layouts for instruction sheets, infographics, and email templates.

Maintain brand tone, formatting, and communication standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education Qualification - Graduation and Above

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Proven experience in corporate communication and content writing.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms.

Ability to convert complex information into simple, clear, and visually appealing content.

Experience in creating assembly instructions, manuals, or how-to guides (preferred).

Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools).

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently or in teams.
