The position As a Communications Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will Develop and execute comprehensive external communications strategies to enhance the organisations reputation among media, industry stakeholders, and the public Manage PR and media relations, including crafting press releases, media statements, and briefing books for leadership, identify opportunities for positive media coverage and thought leadership while handling crisis communications in line with corporate PR guidelines Build strong working relationships with media for corporate risk management and reputation building, oversee relationships with external communications agencies, PR firms, and design partners, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality campaigns Drive initiatives to strengthen the organisations employer brand, lead campaigns for external awards and certifications, and position leadership for thought leadership and visibility Generate compelling content for multiple channels, translating complex topics into engaging stories while ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines Lead and execute cross-functional projects, bringing innovative approaches to communication challenges and adapting strategies to new situations Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of the following Need to have -
