Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include presenting the company’s fabrication services, understanding client needs, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients. The position will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's client base.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
• Sales and negotiation expertise, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of the fabrication industry, including piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and structures
• Effective presentation and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Experience in handling industrial clients in oil refineries, cement plants, chemical plants, or steel plants is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered
