Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, generating leads, closing sales deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The associate will be responsible for achieving predetermined sales targets, communicating the value of company solutions, and participating in continuous training to stay updated with market trends and our service portfolio. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and address client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Lead Generation
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and proficiency in CRM tools
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Familiarity with B2B Growth Strategies and precision in market outreach
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and goal-oriented focus
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high performance
• Prior experience in commission-based roles or a similar position is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline is considered advantageous
