Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid (on-site and Off-site) role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Rajkot. The individual will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying client needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining detailed sales records, providing excellent customer service, and staying informed about the latest products or services offered by the company. Additionally, they may assist with pricing negotiations, market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills Customer Relationship Management and Interpersonal Communication skills Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities Knowledge of the industry and market trends Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively Proficiency in record-keeping and basic computer skills Fluency in local languages and excellent verbal communication skills .
