Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Commission Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting the company's training programs, closing sales, and providing after-sales support. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to implement effective strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and nurture Client Relationships and drive Customer Engagement
• Proficiency in Organizational and Time-Management skills
• Experience in the education, training, or skill development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
