As a Commis III at our hotel, your role involves providing the highest level of hospitality service to our guests. You will work in the designated station, organizing the work area efficiently and preparing food within recommended time frames to meet guest expectations. Operating kitchen equipment and producing quality food in a timely manner are key responsibilities. It is essential to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at your work area and cook all food items according to recipes and specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Provide efficient hospitality service to hotel guests - Work in the designated station as directed by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef - Organize the work area and put away orders efficiently - Prepare and sell food within recommended time frames - Operate kitchen equipment effectively - Produce quality food for guests or staff - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the work area - Prepare and cook all food items according to recipes - Prepare ingredients for cooking and follow recipes diligently Qualification Required: - Diploma or degree in Hotel Management Company Contact Details: - 7397301773 - 9551756608 Please note that this position offers a take-home salary of INR 18000.
