🍳 Job Opening: Commis Chef (Cloud Kitchen)

🔧 Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation, portioning, and cooking according to standard recipes
Maintain consistency, speed, and quality in every dish
Handle mise-en-place, chopping, cleaning, marination, and line prep
Work closely with the Head Chef/Line Cook to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and storage standards
Ensure timely preparation of orders during rush hours
Support daily kitchen tasks including inventory, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance

🎯 Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (cloud kitchen/QSR preferred)
Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques
Ability to follow recipes and SOPs accurately
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for learning and growing in the culinary field
