Pass Code Hospitality is Hiring for a passionate and skilled Commis Chef is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build their culinary career under the supervision of experienced chefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes as directed by senior chefs.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
• Assist in the receiving and storage of kitchen supplies.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
• Support the Chef de Partie and other team members in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development to enhance culinary skills.

Requirements

• Basic culinary education or relevant kitchen experience preferred.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
