We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and assist in delivering top-tier sandwiches while maintaining the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef & Kitchen Team: Support the preparation and execution of the deli menu, including ingredient prep, sandwich assembly, and quality control.
• Food Preparation: Chop, slice, and portion fresh ingredients, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
• Hygiene & Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times, adhering to food safety standards and FSSAI regulations.
• Stock Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow health and safety protocols, including allergen management and safe food handling procedures.
• Multitasking & Adaptability: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, assisting in various kitchen tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant in a café, deli, or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude.
