Commis Chef

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to oversee kitchen operations, develop recipes, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, creative in culinary design, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare a wide variety of dishes.
• Design new recipes and update existing menus according to customer preferences and trends.
• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage food inventory, order supplies, and control food cost.
• Monitor portion control and minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Handle customer feedback and make necessary improvements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
