Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi 1 to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton, with a strong background in Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and used efficiently.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi 1 or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
