  1. HSSE: Accountable and Owner for complete HSSE (HSE) activities.

  2. Contracts and Scope: Understanding Contracts and Scope of work.

  3. Teamwork: Working with Cross functional teams in day-to-day activities.

  4. Projects: Supply, Install, Commissioning and handover of projects to client and sign off.

  5. Services: Services like After sale, Warranty, AMC, Breakdown, RCA, managing spares and reports sign off from client.

  6. Planning: Scheduling of projects, Services, Maintenances, Tickets managing, spares maintaining etc

  7. Reporting: Complete Reports preparation as per Company and Client requirements and validation from client and Company on Monthly, quarterly & Yearly.

  8. Customers/Clients: understanding Client requirements, meetings, interaction, and presentations.

  9. Finance and Accounts: Ordering, supply/service, Billing, payments, and audits etc

  10. Performance Evolution: KPI Evolution, Scorecard maintaining for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.

  11. Audits and Compliance: Monthly, quarterly & Yearly audits as per Company and Client.


Vendor Management: Managing Vendors for Projects and Services.
