Implement security measures to protect the SCOM environment. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Windows Server environments and VMware virtualization. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions and Distributed File System (DFS). Proficient in Windows server administration, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN. Strong understanding of SCOM architecture and components. Experience with SCOM management packs, overrides, and customizations. Experience with integrating SCOM with other monitoring and ITSM tools. Understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document processes and present ideas clearly. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, etc.) are highly desirable. Working Conditions This position may require supporting US business hours with rotational shift between evening and night shift in India hours to meet project deadlines or resolve critical system issues. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Provide component design solutions at pace, which meet customer, design and regulatory requirements whilst managing the balance of key product attributes of cost, performance and on-time delivery.
