Job Location : Baner Designation: Manager MEP KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems of the project (Commercial Projects) To prepare detailed BOQ Checking the BOQ of consultant & preparing purchase requisition Planning and design in the areas of MEP systems including developing standards and inspection procedures for MEP matters Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc. Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to design aspects related to MEP. Position Summary The main responsibilities for this role include managing invoices, handling missed payments and supervising Accounts Receivable Clerks. Our ideal candidate is familiar with all accounting procedures and can manage daily financial transactions end-to-end. Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables, preferably from a real estate industry. Knowledge of filling GST & TDS return, GST payable & receivable, GST & TDS Audit etc. Establish systems controls and procedures for financial and accounting systems to achieve corporate objectives. Should be a self-starter and able to handle a team of 3-4 executives. Excellent knowledge of Excel and power point. Key Responsibilities Having Experience Receipts Approvals and Real Estate customer ledger Accounting. Maintenance Invoices of residential / Commercial Projects. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation. Accounting of bank transactions Accounting of bank transactions. Accounting and Reconciliation of Account Receivable. Experience in working in Farvision. Processing of Invoices, Vendor payments. Vendor Reconciliations. Assisting in preparation of TDS Returns and issue of TDS Certificates. Assisting in computation of monthly GST payments, preparation of GST returns. Assisting in Audits.
