Project Manager / AssistantProject Manager - Interior Fit-Out

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling:

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
  
• Prepare and manage master project schedules, milestone trackers, and site activity calendars.
  
• Identify critical paths and implement risk mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
  

• Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and communications.
  
• Organize and lead regular project meetings, updates, and review sessions.
  
• Align client expectations with design scope and site execution.
  

• Design & Technical Coordination:

• Coordinate with design teams for timely delivery of GFC drawings.
  
• Manage integration of MEP, HVAC, electrical, and other services into project design.
  
• Support resolution of design conflicts or technical issues during execution.
  

• Site Management & Quality Control:

• Monitor daily site progress, safety protocols, and workmanship quality.
  
• Collaborate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, technical specifications, and project timelines.
  

• Cost & Commercial Management:

• Track project budgets, procurement schedules, and billing timelines.
  
• Monitor material usage and labor costs to prevent budget overruns.
  
• Prepare reports on project progress, cash flow, and profitability for management review.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 512 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with commercial project expertise.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Strong knowledge of project management principles (planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
