Project Manager - Real Estate

As a Project Manager in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the development of all commercial projects assigned by the Business. You will lead and manage a team dedicated to monitoring project quality, cost, and time dimensions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction upon handover. Additionally, you will collaborate with project management companies, external architects, and consultants to design and execute the projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Projects organization to deliver projects in alignment with business objectives, focusing on cost, quality, and schedule dimensions. - Ensure robust planning, direction, and coordination of activities from concept design to project handover, ensuring projects are within budgeted time & cost and meet quality standards. - Present and finalize project plans. Qualifications Required: - BE(Civil)/ B Arch with experience in Project management/construction in Real Estate(Commercial). - Experience in the construction of high-rise commercial buildings, apartments, and retail establishments. Kindly note that this is a Permanent job with benefits including Provident Fund, a Day shift from Monday to Friday, Yearly bonus, and the work location is in person.,
