As a Quality Assurance Manager, your role will involve driving excellence in quality assurance and control processes to meet the organization's quality standards and objectives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SOPs, quality control measures, ERP, and internal audit systems. Your tasks will also include conducting surveillance and reviews of quality systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to company standards, customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and SOPs. Moreover, you will collaborate with suppliers to specify quality requirements for raw materials and develop corrective and preventive action plans for quality non-conformance. Introducing new process engineering and quality management methods will be essential to maintain a high level of quality. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement SOPs, quality control measures, ERP, and internal audit system - Conduct surveillance and reviews of quality systems, including subcontractors and suppliers - Drive continuous improvement and proactive approach to enhance work quality - Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and SOPs - Specify quality requirements for raw materials with suppliers and develop corrective and preventive action plans - Conduct QA training for all departments and ensure contractors" adherence to quality systems - Plan activities, prioritize tasks, handle deviations, and exceptions effectively - Introduce new process engineering and quality management methods for maintaining high quality - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records - Implement problem-solving methods for cost reduction without compromising quality - Provide technical advice on selecting appropriate construction materials - Inspect sites periodically to monitor quality status and minimize wastage - Research new design options to reduce wastage and document findings - Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as necessary - Report any abnormalities to management promptly Qualification Required: - Sound technical knowledge of construction operations - Operational excellence and business sensitivity - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Coordination and control abilities - Decision-making and time management skills - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized - Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team - Good working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations In-Person Work Location: You will be required to work in person at the specified location.
