Interior Site Supervisor

As an

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and renovation projects.

• Supervise trades and subcontractors involved in interior works

• Ensure timely execution of tasks according to project timelines and milestones.

• Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

• Coordinate with designers, architects, and consultants to interpret drawings and resolve design or technical issues on-site.

• Monitor site safety and ensure all workers adhere to health and safety regulations.

• Track and manage the use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.

• Report on progress, delays, and issues to the Project Manager regularly.

• Maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports, attendance, and inspection records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising interior construction or fit-out projects (e.g., residential, commercial, retail, hospitality).

• Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, finishes, detailing, and installation methods.

• Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings, shop drawings, and MEP layouts.

• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.

• Familiarity with interior project management tools and documentation.

• Working knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.

• Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior /Construction industry
