Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Review of PR generated in SAP (Purchase Requestion) with all required input to proceed for the bid invitation including all technical requirement and commercial SCC & GCC.
Meetings with the vendor to clarify the scope/TOR and issue a corrigendum (if necessary)
Evaluation bid as per technical qualification criteria
Understanding of contract terms, risk management basics and compliance requirements.
Support in PSHP (Pumped Storage Hydro Project) contract drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising contract documents
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure contract are compliant with internal policies and external legal requirements.
Prepare summaries and circulate key contractual clauses to relevant teams.
Able to handle negotiation on Key contractual clauses.
Prepare reports on contract status, risks for review with Manager.
Provide expert guidance on dispute resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of contractual disagreements.
Final negotiation of cost and terms and conditions of contract
Prepare documentation with comparatives for internal approval (NFA, (note for approval)
Review of other documents submitted by the vendor, such as the bank guarantee, nondisclosure agreement, and other contractrequired documents.
Candidates should have prior experience in the Power industry. Exposure to Hydro Power projects will be considered an added advantage for the current openings.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having related experience with Masters/Bachelor degree can apply for this position.
