Cost Control & MIS Reporting Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flows, and cost sheets Submit regular MIS reports to management Analyze variance and provide financial insights for decision-making 4. Banking & Treasury Manage banking operations payments, receipts, LC, BGs Handle fund flow and working capital management Reconcile bank statements monthly 5. Payroll & Vendor Management Oversee salary processing, PF/ESI compliance, and professional tax Manage vendor bills, ensure correct tax deductions, and timely payments
We are looking for a skilled Drafting Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for preparing accurate and detailed faade shop drawings . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drafting for faade systems such as structural glazing, ACP cladding, spider glazing, curtain walls , and skylights . This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and site engineers. Key Responsibilities: Prepare shop drawings , fabrication drawings , and installation details for faade projects Interpret architectural and structural drawings for integration into faade detailing Develop sectional details , elevation views , and material take-off drawings Coordinate with design, planning, and site execution teams to incorporate site conditions and updates Ensure all drawings adhere to company and project standards Maintain version control and drawing logs Support the design team in resolving technical drawing challenges Make timely revisions based on consultant/client feedback Key Skills Required: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting) Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino is a plus Strong understanding of faade systems and components Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Knowledge of basic engineering principles like thermal movement, drainage, and anchorage Good communication and coordination skills Time management and ability to meet project deadlines Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering Min. 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in faade or construction industry
