Requisitions (PRs) in the ERP system (Oracle) based on requirements.
Ensure the timely conversion of PRs into Purchase Orders (POs) by following up with relevant approvers.
• Process Adherence: Ensure all documentation and system entries comply with the companys procurement policies and audit requirements.
• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP,
Pivot Tables) is essential. Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar procurement systems for PR creation is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and other internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and PR creation.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to follow up aggressively on pending approvals and resolve basic process bottlenecks.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
