Monitor daily collection activities to ensure prompt follow-ups on overdue accounts. Analyze collection data and prepare reports for management. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce bad debt. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate payment arrangements where necessary. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Customer Service, Finance) to resolve account disputes. Identify areas for process improvement and support initiatives to enhance collection efficiency. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
