Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Collections Specialist. The Collections Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks, including debt collection, cash collection, and customer service. They will be responsible for communicating with customers to resolve outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely collections.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection, Cash Collection, and Finance skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• A keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the finance industry or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
