Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Representative located in Noida. The Collections Representative will be responsible for collecting outstanding debt, managing customer communication, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining accurate records of collection efforts and reporting on the status of collections. The Collections Representative will also work closely with the finance team to ensure cash collection processes are efficient and effective.

Qualifications

• Experience in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Finance principles
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
