📢 We’re Hiring: Third-Party International Collection Executive

International Collection Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound collection calls to customers in the US market
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
Maintain call quality, compliance, and productivity standards
Update customer records and payment status in the system
Follow company and client guidelines for debt collection

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in international collections (third-party preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings)
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge
