Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Agent, located in Gurugram. The Collections Agent will be responsible for debt collection, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely cash collection. Key responsibilities include contacting account holders to settle overdue amounts, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of collections efforts. The role requires effective communication and customer service skills to resolve payment issues promptly.
