Collection Manager - Two Wheeler

As a Portfolio Allocation Manager, your responsibilities include: - Allocating portfolio to vendors based on past performance trend and Field Operations Staff (FOS) availability, ensuring adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio. - Reviewing cases with FOS/Team Lead and assigning work based on disposition code. - Coordinating with agency resources for call planning to enhance resolution, providing necessary support to the agency on challenging cases. - Auditing and periodically allocating receipt books & Repo kits. - Ensuring agency billing closure within 60 days of the completed work month. - Obtaining prior approvals in repo cases and assisting the agency in managing repo-related issues. - Addressing collection/repo related customer service issues and escalations. - Collaborating with the legal team to initiate legal actions against chronic defaulters and managing cases filed against the organization by customers/third parties. - Tracking and reviewing Bounce Back Team (BKT) resolutions at the agency and FOS level. - Monitoring and limiting flow rates to the next BKT based on the location under your supervision. - Removing underperforming FOS, recruiting a new team, and providing training as necessary. - Ensuring closure of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) queries within the assigned Turn-Around Time (TAT). - Responding to Risk Control Unit (RCU) audit queries before the TAT and implementing committed actions at the field level. - Discussing receipt book discrepancies with the agency to prevent their recurrence in the field. - Maintaining 100% utilization of Hand Held Terminals (HHT) and submitting reports regularly to Area Collection Manager (ACM) / Regional Collection Manager (RCM). - Reporting non-functioning HHTs to the IT team for necessary support.
