Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Manager located in Hodal Tehsil. The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection process, ensuring timely collection of payments and minimizing outstanding dues. Daily tasks include coordinating with the collections team, implementing collection strategies, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to improve overall collection efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong skills in collections management, payment processing, and debt recovery
Experience in implementing collection strategies and managing collection teams
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and using collection software
Ability to work effectively on-site
Experience in the financial sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
