Collection Field Executive - 7+ Bucket

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Collections:

  Independently visit customers in the assigned geographical area to collect overdue payments for accounts in the 7+ bucket delinquency range.

• Customer Engagement:

  Communicate effectively with customers to understand their financial situations, explain outstanding dues, and negotiate repayment plans.

• Recovery Targets:

  Work diligently to achieve assigned collection targets and minimize non-performing assets.

• Documentation:

  Accurately record all collection activities, customer interactions, and payment details in the company's system or designated formats.

• Adherence to Guidelines:

  Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to debt collection, ensuring ethical and compliant practices at all times.

• Reporting:

  Provide regular updates and reports on collection progress, challenges, and customer feedback to the immediate supervisor.

• Market Knowledge:

  Maintain good local geographical knowledge to optimize collection routes and understand local nuances impacting collections.

• Problem Resolution:

  Identify and escalate complex collection issues or disputes to higher management for resolution.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  10th pass or Graduation preferred.

• Experience:

  1-3 years of proven experience in field collections, with specific exposure to managing high-delinquency (7+ bucket) accounts.

• License & Vehicle:

  Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler for field travel.

• Local Knowledge:

  Good geographical knowledge of the Vidharbha region is essential.
