Collection Executive

Profile Summary:

A result-oriented and diligent Collection Executive with 1-3 years of experience in NBFC sector, specializing in personal loan collections. Proven expertise in managing delinquent accounts, reducing non-performing assets (NPAs), and maintaining healthy recovery rates through effective follow-ups, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management. Strong knowledge of loan recovery protocols, legal guidelines, and collection tools such as dialers, CRM, and field recovery methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on overdue personal loan accounts through calls, emails, and field visits.
• Negotiate payment plans with borrowers to ensure timely repayments.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on collections performance.
• Coordinate with legal teams for initiating recovery proceedings on chronic defaulters.
• Update customer contact details and repayment status in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines in all recovery actions.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate absconding borrowers.
• Handle customer disputes and queries to maintain positive customer relations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets as assigned by management.
