Cold Storage Executive

Hocco Ice Cream is Hiring Cold Storage -Executive Job Location - Bavla (Manufacturing Plant)-Ahmedabad Gujarat JOB Responsibilities Monitor and maintain cold room temperatures as per industry standards (-18°C or below for ice cream). Ensure proper storage, stacking, and handling of finished goods in cold rooms to prevent product damage or temperature abuse. Manage inward and outward movement of stock (FIFO/FEFO compliance). Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability. Conduct routine inspections to ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP). Supervise cold room staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain daily reports on temperature logs, stock movement, and storage status. Handle breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve cold room issues quickly. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive product handling Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI regulations. Good coordination and communication skills. Physically fit and able to work in cold environments for extended periods.
