About the Role

Cold Email Outreach Specialist

If you have strong writing skills and understand how to make cold prospects reply, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Write short, effective cold outreach email sequences (intro email + follow-ups).
• Build targeted lead lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Send and manage outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.
• Monitor results: open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and positive responses.
• Maintain strong email deliverability and avoid spam issues.
• A/B test subject lines, email copy, and messaging angles.
• Adjust targeting and copy to improve campaign performance.
• Generate consistent qualified leads and booked calls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience specifically in

  cold email outreach

  (not social media or general marketing).
• Strong copywriting skills, especially writing simple, conversational, direct cold emails.
• Experience creating 4–8 step email sequences.
• Familiarity with lead sourcing tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, etc.).
• Understanding of email validation, list cleaning, and deliverability basics.
• Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running multi-inbox or multi-domain cold email systems.
• Knowledge of DMARC/SPF/DKIM and basic domain setup for deliverability.
• Experience booking meetings for agencies, SaaS, or B2B service companies.
• Understanding of LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel workflows.
• Skilled in testing angles, personalisation frameworks, and snippets.
