Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle international voice process calls with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Work on a rotational shift schedule i
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills development.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-11 month of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry & excellent Communication skills in (English & Hindi)
Strong proficiency in Hindi & English Voice Processing for effective communication with customers.
Ability to work flexible shifts including nigh shift. Rotational Shift time and rotational week off as per BU Requirements.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing processes.
WFO- 5 days and 2 week off.
