Job Purpose

To coordinate and manage communication with members, clients, and internal teams regarding seminars, meetings, and events organized by the mutual fund company. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with members, investors, and distributors for seminars, webinars, and training sessions.
Manage seminar invitations, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
Assist in event logistics including venue booking, participant registration, and material preparation.
Maintain updated records of participants and feedback after each seminar.
Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities.
Ensure smooth communication flow between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Prepare and share MIS reports related to seminar participation and engagement.
Handle queries and provide timely updates to members and management.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Time management and multitasking ability.
