Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-Ordinator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project coordination and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining strong communication with all involved parties.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project activities across various teams to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and other operational tasks.
Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress and outcomes.
Identify potential issues and work on solutions to ensure project success.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
