• Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth roadmap
• Lead sales, marketing, and business development efforts to drive revenue and market expansion
• Analyse markets, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and trends
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships, collaborations, and stakeholder relationships
• Drive brand positioning and awareness through innovative marketing and performance strategies
• Ensure data-driven decision-making by monitoring KPIs, market analytics, and business performance
• Anticipate risks and develop strategies to navigate market uncertainties and disruptions
• Represent the company in industry forums, events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric growth within the organisation
• 4+ years of proven experience in business leadership, sales, or growth strategy
• Strong expertise in sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue generation
• Ability to analyse markets and create effective go-to-market strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prior startup/early-stage experience preferred
• Willingness to invest & grow with the company
