Co-Founder with Investment & CBO

As the key leader in the company, you will work closely with the CEO to define and execute the strategic vision and growth roadmap. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading sales, marketing, and business development efforts to drive revenue and expand the market - Analysing markets, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and trends - Building and maintaining strategic partnerships, collaborations, and stakeholder relationships - Driving brand positioning and awareness through innovative marketing and performance strategies - Ensuring data-driven decision-making by monitoring KPIs, market analytics, and business performance - Anticipating risks and developing strategies to navigate market uncertainties and disruptions - Representing the company in industry forums, events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility - Promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric growth within the organization Qualifications required for this role: - 4+ years of proven experience in business leadership, sales, or growth strategy - Strong expertise in sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue generation - Ability to analyse markets and create effective go-to-market strategies - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Prior startup/early-stage experience preferred - Willingness to invest and grow with the company,
